Courses are listed in a public catalogue, trainees pay through Moyasar and receive a simplified tax invoice. When they finish, their certificate is issued with a QR code anyone can verify, and the centre measures satisfaction with a survey.

Certificates are issued automatically when completion rules are met, or issued manually. Each one has a QR code and a public verification page, and follows the Open Badges format.
Surveys and course evaluations
Surveys with five question types, which can be anonymous. Results include the Net Promoter Score and an AI-written summary of the text answers.

Do invoices support phase two of e-invoicing?
Not at present. The platform issues simplified invoices under phase one.
How can a third party verify a certificate?
Through the QR code or the public verification link, which shows whether the certificate is valid or revoked.
