Institution setup, permissions and reports

Academic structure, accounts, roles, reports and the audit log, all run from a single admin dashboard.

A typical day

Starting with the academic structure

Stages, departments, years, terms and branches, followed by courses and their categories.

Data import by several methods

Students, teachers, courses and grades come from Excel and CSV files, the previous system's database or the API. An error report appears before approval, and each first password is changed at first sign-in.

Same-day reports

Attendance, usage, student activity and early warning, with export to Excel.

Roles with defined permissions

Ready-made roles cover the principal, institute director, student affairs, registrar, head of department and academic supervisor, and new roles take a chosen set of permissions. Admin accounts use two-step verification.

  • Permissions for every screen and action
  • Two-step verification (TOTP)
  • An audit log entry for every change

Communication across the whole institution

Announcements go to everyone or to a single course, and notification channels are enabled from settings: app, email, WhatsApp and SMS. Automatic WhatsApp messages reach the parents of struggling students.

  • Channels tested from settings
  • WhatsApp broadcasts with an AI-assisted editor
  • Notification preferences for each user

Two questions before starting

How is student data imported?
By several methods: Excel and CSV files with a ready template for each record type, the previous system's database, or the REST API. An error report appears before approval. Large files are processed in the background with status tracking.
Can each staff member's view be restricted?
Yes. Each role has defined permissions, and teachers see only their own courses and sections.

A demo matched to the institution type

The time is set after the form is sent, and the session covers the institution's own questions.
